The Tri-State planning team from the WI-MN-IA chapters of Fiat Club America would like to be the first to welcome you to the Fiat Freakout 2025. We have been planning this event for over 2 years now. We can’t believe the time has come. We want to share this beautiful location with you. If you have been to a FreakOut before, welcome back, if this is your First FreakOut, plan to have your life changed. We know this will not be your last...
As you know the event officially runs July 8th through July13th. Many folks are arriving on July 7th to be ready to roll on Wednesday July 8th. We have a lot of great events planned for you. I have attached the PDF digital version of the program guide to this email. You will also receive a booklet form copy of the Program Guide in your registration. I have a screen shot below and attached is a PDF copy of the Hotel Map to this email. Please use this for reference when you arrive, the hotel property is large and once you familiarize yourself with it, it will be easier to find the registration lobby. When looking at the hotel map, the registration lobby is marked as 14. If you have a standard hotel room then you are most likely in the tower, which is the building by the 25 on the map. If you have one of the other types of room available, the hotel desk can direct you to the best place to park.
Hotel check-in time is 4pm on the day you arrive. There will be another group leaving on Wednesday, so asking for an early check-in may not be available as they will have a lot of rooms to turn over. Proceed to the hotel lobby (marker 14 on map) and check in. Locate your room and unpack. Remember where the lobby is. This is the central part of where the activities occur. When you register with the Hotel, you will also receive a coupon for $2.00 off breakfast at the Kilbourne City Grill. This is for each registered adult guest. You should also receive a water park wristband. DO NOT LOSE the water park wrist band, I don’t think they can be replaced.
The Fiat Club America Store (see store hours) is in a room just above the lobby called the Sierra Vista Room. Please stop by and stock up on Fiat club logo gear and accessories. The registration room where you will pick up your registration goodies is just down the hall from the FCA Store/Sierra Vista in a room called the Aztec Room, also on the 2nd floor. Also see the times for the registration room.

I will also be sending a separate email with the instructions on how to set up the map software we will be using for the daily drives. You can just put the destination address into your iPhone Maps or Google Maps, will get you there, however, we will not always be taking the direct and boring route. Our team of folks have put together more scenic routes. This is the map program that was used last year FFO 2024, and it worked well. The benefit of the OsmAnd ap is it works even when you lose cell phone signal. Notice I didn’t say “IF”. I said when. Rural WI has some cellular dead zones, and you want a map program that works. So please be on the lookout for the separate email with instructions and the maps called GPX files. All of which you will need to download in advance. If you’re like me and struggle with technology, we plan to have some “techie folks” in the registration room who can help you set it up. You MUST know your passwords for your phone. You will most likely need it to download the OsmAnd program.
